goBack                           S M A R T guided use         Selecting  Music and  Activation as  Required by Treatment goals   version 1 -  2005.3.23   The key elements of SMART guided use are:   • Initial assessment by a professional with a background and expertise in the area of needs      • Definition of a global treatment goal complimented by sub-goals for every music selection used      • Selection or design of a Samonas Listening Plan, a sequence of special music recordings      in a defined level of spectral activation chosen based on the treatment goals set      • Explanations and instructions of use for the client - client informations (CLI)      (i.e. equipment, recording for how long at what time of the day, when to change recordings)      • Instructions of how to monitor progress and effect of listening and how to communicate this     information with the supervising professional      • A listening sequence to determine the clients optimal personal listening time      • Fine tuning / adaptation of the Listening protocol based on the clients feedback provided   With SMART guided use   • the client is responsible to choose an appropriately qualified professional (professional proficiency)   • the Samonas Listening Protocol your professional selects and the assistance of the professional are     the services that need to be paid for.   • Sealed Samonas recordings for the Samonas Listeninb Protocol selected areprovided free of charge      by one of the Samonas fulfillment centers.   • Samonas recordings come with an individual serial number registered on the clients name   • the client is accountable that the recordings he receives are used by him personally only as a component of     and as guided by his personalized Samonas Listening Protocol    • Do not accept an unsealed (opened) CD/recording. Copying of Samonas CDs is potentially dangerous!     Samonas Recordings.
